When was the last time you got an adrenaline rush?

My marriage proposal in Vietnam! That’s right, I'm getting married in September.

Any music from the 2000s, from Britney Spears to Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado.

Who inspires you?

My mum, my daily source of inspiration! She is my role model in every respect: her approach to work, her relationships with others, and even her style. Her energy is absolutely infectious!

Where do you go to recharge your batteries?

Our house in the south of France – a magical place for our family get-togethers. When we’re out there, we spend our days in a swimsuit and sarong from morning till night, enjoying the laughter, good food and relaxation.

Have any books inspired you to get ahead?

Books don’t help me get ahead; they allow me to escape! ‘Bonjour Tristesse’ by Françoise Sagan, for example. Experiencing a summer through the eyes of a young girl was a way for me to put myself in her shoes and explore the universal questions women ask themselves about their bodies and men.

Your must-have to kick-start the day?

A kiss from my boyfriend and an oat milk café au lait! I like to walk whilst drinking my coffee, so I leave the house on an empty stomach, buy it downstairs and walk straight to the office. On the way, I listen to a podcast or some music to give me a boost!

How do you manage to stay so positive?

I'm lucky enough to do what I love every day, and I try never to forget that! I often meet new, inspiring people, which really motivates me. Last but not least, I always find myself marvelling at the little things.

What beauty routine makes you feel your best?



My favourite product in my Neuraé routine is the harmonie Caring Cleanser: its gel texture transforms into a light oil, leaving the skin incredibly soft. I then apply the harmonie Serum, which is gentle and hydrating, followed by the énergie Cream. It moisturises the skin perfectly without leaving any greasy residue, which is ideal for applying make-up over it!
