- cup (240 ml) of whole milk Greek yoghurt for the labneh 1
A comforting and delicious dish to share. The miso brings an unexpected depth to the carrots, making them even more fragrant. And for a hint of freshness? Home-made labneh, which brings richness to the recipe while providing a dose of protein for the day.
Start by preparing the labneh.
The night before, pour the yoghurt into a small colander and cover with a clean cloth, attached to all four corners. Place in a cool place and leave to drain overnight.
Mix the miso with the oil and honey and coat the pre-peeled carrots with the mixture. Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place your carrots in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve them on a platter, first spreading the labneh, then placing the carrots on top. Sprinkle with mint leaves and sesame seeds.
