To provide you with fast and efficient service, we have prioritized reliable and convenient shipping solutions. We offer two delivery options: Standard and Express.

Standard Delivery to Europe

DPD Standard Delivery (delivery to Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch). Delivery costs €5.90 and is free for orders over €60.

The Fedex delivery method allows you to track the delivery of your package using a tracking number that is sent to you by email when your order is shipped.

Express Delivery to Europe

FedEx Express delivers within 1 to 2 business days after shipment (in Italy, excluding Livigno, San Marino, and the Vatican). FedEx Express delivery costs €11.90, regardless of the order amount.

With FedEx, you can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. If it is unavailable, the package will be handed over to the Post Office.
FedEx Express shipping allows you to track your package using the tracking number sent by email when your order is shipped.

Standard delivery to France

Standard So Colissimo delivery (delivery in mainland France, Monaco, and Corsica within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch). Standard Colissimo delivery is free.

With So Colissimo you can choose from 4 delivery solutions:

My home
Delivery to the address of your choice. If delivery is not possible, your package will be made available to you at the post office.

At a collection point

My Cityssimo locker
Delivery to one of the Cityssimo automatic lockers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

My Post Office
Delivery to one of the 10,000 La Poste collection points of your choice in France.

My merchant
Delivery to one of the 4,200 stores in the PICKUP network, La Poste Group.

The So Colissimo delivery method allows you to track the delivery of your package using a tracking number that is sent to you by email when your order is shipped.

* We inform you that for deliveries outside the home and by appointment, we transfer your postal details as well as your mobile phone number and your email address to the Post Office for use in the provision of its service, in particular to ensure the fulfillment of your delivery choices.

Express Delivery to France

Chronopost Express Delivery (in Metropolitan France, within 1 to 2 working days following dispatch) Chronopost Express delivery costs €11.90, regardless of the amount of your order.

With Chronopost, you can have your package delivered to the address of your choice. If delivery is not possible, your package will be made available to you at the post office.

The Express Chronopost delivery method allows you to track the delivery of your package using a tracking number sent to you by email when your order is shipped.
