What is guided meditation?
This form of meditation allows you to be guided by the voice of another person, as opposed to silent meditation. This more structured approach is more accessible to many people and allows you to concentrate solely on relaxation without letting your mind wander. Guided meditation encourages you to visualise peaceful scenes or positive outcomes that stimulate your senses and emotions. The guide’s voice and instructions provide a focal point, keeping your attention on the present moment and the specific goals of the meditation.
3 to 5 minutes are enough to feel the benefits.
Alice Dugast - 03.03.2025What are the benefits of guided meditation?
First and foremost, guided meditation helps you to let go and enjoy total freedom. There’s no need to think: just let the voice and sounds guide you and focus solely on the sensations in your body.
Alice Dugast further explains the benefits of this type of meditation:
“This practice allows you to regain some mental bandwidth, to return to the present moment so that you can reconnect with yourself and reinhabit your body through breathing. 3 to 5 minutes are enough to feel the benefits.”
Once you’ve mastered this form of meditation, it can also be practised without a guide by focusing on a sound, an image, or simply following the rhythm of your breath to bring you back into the present and soothe your body and mind.
Meditate with energy, joy or serenity
For NEURAÉ, Alice Dugast takes us on a journey through sound that reconnects us with our breath and brings us back to what is most real: our senses. Each meditation can be combined with the application of the cream or emotion booster of your choice, working in synergy with the fragrance to immerse you in a moment of physical and mental well-being.
“If possible, switch off your phone for the next 5 minutes to be fully present with yourself. This little journey is an invitation: be curious. There's nothing to achieve, just let yourself be guided by the prospect of meeting yourself.”

Musician and singer Alice Dugast discovered yoga while touring the world. As well as being a qualified teacher, she has trained in massage therapy, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and pre- and postnatal yoga.
