Gardenia Jasminoides Our new neuro-ingredient at the heart of the sleeping mask formula is an extract of Gardenia jasminoides. It helps protect and is used for its melatonin-like properties, supporting the skin's nighttime cycle even under cutaneous stress.

How do you perform the recommended relaxing massage technique?

Take a small amount of balm, warm it between your hands and cup them in front of your face to form a pyramid shape. Close your eyes and take a deep breath to enjoy the woody, comforting notes of the neuro-fragrance (palo santo).

Gently pat the product onto your cheeks, forehead, chin and neck.

Smooth over the skin using broad, slow and relaxing strokes from the centre of the face outwards to release any muscle tension that has built up during the day.
