Part 1: a rebalancing massage

with the harmonie Serum

This massage helps to invigorate your face, open your eyes and activate your senses. It’s all connected.

Spread 5 drops of the harmonie Serum over your hands and then place them in front of your face. Take a deep breath and pause for a moment to feel the benefits of the rebalancing neuro-fragrance.


Apply the serum to the cheeks and forehead using soft, smoothing hand movements.

…harmonize!


With the flat of your hand, smooth the whole length of your neck from your collarbone to your jaw to relax your skin.


Place your index fingers on the inner corner of your eyes and gently move them over the eyelid stretching the skin towards your temples.


Then move to the eyebrows to open up the eye area by delicately drawing the skin to the forehead.


Using your fingertips, perform a gentle tapping motion over the whole face to tone skin and help it to absorb the product.

Part 2: a relaxing massage

with the sérénité Balm

Before applying your skincare, get your body and mind moving by doing 15 little jumps on the spot.


Then use a light pressing motion over the length of you neck and around the collarbone.


Take a small amount of the joie Emulsion, spread it between your hands, then place them in front of your face. Take a deep breath to feel the blissful properties of its neuro-perfume.


Spread the cream over the cheeks and forehead using upwards movements, working from the inside outwards. Smooth from behind your ears, across your neck and down to your chest.

To help release tension in the jaw, place your middle and index fingers at the bottom of your chin, in line with the corners of your mouth. Hold your skin in place with your index fingers and glide your middle finders upwards to meet the corners of your mouth.


Keeping your mouth closed, gently pinch your lips between your thumb and index finger giving them a natural plump effect.


Lastly, use the tips of your fingers to lift the corners of the mouth up and out towards your cheekbones to give your skin a healthy glow.

Start by making circular movements on your temples with the roll-on while breathing deeply.
