Take a dab of product and warm it in your hands. With flat hands, gently smoothe the texture over your neck, nose, cheeks and forehead. 

Make three large circles on each side along the neck, then smaller circular movements, starting from the chin towards the jawline, then from the mouth towards the cheeks, from the nose towards the temples, ending at the forehead and moving back down towards the temples. Apply gentle pressure to the temples. Inhale and exhale.

To remove makeup from the eye contour area and eyebrows, make three circular movements in one direction with both hands at the same time. To remove eye makeup, very gently massage lash by lash between your thumb and forefinger. Finish with three circular movements in the other direction.

With your hands flat and thumbs open, make a final drainage movement from the nose to the temples, then a smoothing movement down to the neck.

Wet your hands with warm water to lather the product all over your face and neck, then rinse with clean water.

Dispense one pump of the lotion into your hands and place them in a pyramid in front of your face. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

With flat hands, apply the lotion all over your face, starting with the forehead, cheeks, chin and jawline and finishing with the neck. 

Using your fingertips, energetically tap all over your face and neck.  

Using the palms of your hands, smoothe in circular motions over the cheeks, then move up to the forehead, smoothing horizontally and alternating hands. Finish by smoothing in circular motions around the eyes.

Using your middle fingers, apply three seconds of pressure to the inner corners of your eyes, the sides of your nostrils, and the corners of your mouth.
